Defective or heavily scratched articles

What can I do?

With acrylic glass, it is important to peel off the protective film on both sides. This is sometimes difficult to see and can be mistakenly interpreted as damage to the sheet.

Therefore, please check both sides carefully and try to remove the film by pressing with your finger on the corner.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

In case of a justified complaint, we will organize free pick-up of the goods. When is a complaint admissible? We recommend that you carefully inspect the delivered goods immediately after unpacking. Otherwise, your claim may be forfeited at a later date.

A complaint is accepted in the following cases:

The goods have an incorrect dimension (outside the tolerance limit of 1.2 mm) The goods were damaged during shipment

The goods show severe damage or scratches that may have occurred during the production process

A claim will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

You ordered the wrong size The merchandise is curling after unpacking You tried to cancel the purchase after delivery The quality of the merchandise is according to the manufacturer's specifications

How and when can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of the order is generally possible within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

Please note that if the production process of your order has already been initiated. Therefore, a change or cancellation of your order after that time is unfortunately no longer possible. In case of cancellation, all costs incurred up to this point are to be paid by the buyer. Please understand that due to the linked planning of all orders from this point on, costs have already been incurred and individual orders can no longer be removed from this planning.

How do I complain about my order?

In many cases it is not necessary to return the item for defects. Often a replacement can be shipped or a discount given.

If you wish to return the item because you do not like it and the product has no defects, we will charge a return shipping fee of €49.00.

If possible, please pack the item as it was delivered and use the original shipping packaging.

I. General Terms and Conditions (Photo Shooting)

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") shall apply to all orders, offers, events and services carried out by Christina Nietert.

The GTC shall be deemed to be agreed upon with the acceptance of the offer by the customer, at the latest, however, with the acceptance of the photographic material for publication. Herewith, any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are contradicted.

Deviating business conditions of the customer shall not be valid, unless Christina Nietert has accepted them in writing.

The terms and conditions shall apply within the scope of an ongoing business relationship.

The acceptance of the offer is effected by the client's booking in the store and the subsequent transfer to the contractor's account.

II. provided picture material

The GTC apply to any visual material provided to the customer, regardless of its technical form. In particular, they also apply to electronically or digitally transmitted photographic material.

The Customer acknowledges that the photographic material provided by the Photographer is a copyright-protected photographic work pursuant to Section 2 (1) (5) of the Copyright Act.

The photographic material provided shall be made available in digital form. Complaints regarding the content of the delivered consignment or the content, quality or condition of the photographic material must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Otherwise, the photographic material shall be deemed to have been delivered properly, in accordance with the contract and as recorded.

III. Rights of use

The contractor shall be granted all rights of use. This means: unrestricted in terms of time, space and content, with the exception of commercial rights of use.

Legally, the naming of the author is obligatory. There are no additional costs for prints, advertising material, etc.

The resale of the photos is not permitted.

IV. Shipping, Payment, Cancellation Shipping:

Within 14 days you will receive a download link for your finished photos via email. Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer. The agreed fee is binding. Any discounts granted are subject to timely payment and will be forfeited in case of late payment.

V. Cancellation of booking:

If no appointment is made, the full amount will be refunded within 2 days. Cancellation of the booking is possible up to 7 days before the shooting day without cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation up to 3 days before the shooting without a provable reason, 50% of the shooting fee will be due.

In case of cancellation 1 day before the shooting without a provable reason, the full amount will be due. Christina Nietert is willing to arrange a replacement date. Demonstrable reasons are illness and flight cancellation.
